On 6 November, Georgia’s revised 2027 state budget draft was reported at GEL 32.7 billion, an increase of GEL 642 million compared with the previous version. The draft also includes a planned additional GEL 100 million loan to the state-owned Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation, expected to be disbursed by the end of 2026 and repaid in 2027. The budget update creates opportunities in public-sector procurement, fiscal monitoring and project evaluation; HPC can support policy research, budget analysis and investment assessments.
